Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms', 'Terms and Conditions') carefully before using the My Dream Wedding Planner mobile application (the 'Service') operated by Best Day Books ('us', 'we', or 'our'). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. We may modify and change the terms and conditions, impose limits on certain features or services on the Application, restrict your access to part or all of the Application or terminate any or all Services. When using our services, such as the Best Day books apps or our websites, you will be in agreement with any modifications to the terms and conditions. By creating an account, you agree and accept that we will send you e-mails or in-app push-notifications regarding your use of the service. We will also send information with different kinds of offers, inspirations and links to third parties in relevant connection with your event.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Neither Best Day Books, nor any of our employees, investors, board members shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.
